FAQS about Mold Testing Pricing

How many samples do I need? Generally we like to take at least one indoor and one outdoor sample per every 1500 sq ft and one indoor sample for every level of the property. We also like to take one sample near the problem or concern area for best results.

Will I know my cost up front? Yes we will do a pre inspection interview to gather information about your concerns and the layout of your home. Using this information we can give you a recommended action plan that will include a guaranteed price.

Are there any hidden fees? No. You will know the exact price of your inspection before any work is to be done. In fact, we will give you a contract stating what we are going to do and how much you will be charged.

What if I would like you to take less samples than you recommend? We will take as many samples as you would like, but there is a minimum of 2 samples included. If you choose to take less samples than recommended we will have you sign a document saying you refused the extra recommended samples.
